We accept most insurance. The most common ones we accept are:

• Blue Cross/Blue Shield (Not the HMO)
• Cigna (Not the HMO)
• Health First Health Plans
• United Healthcare
• Auto Insurance (Personal Injury Protection )
• Workman's Comp (We need permission from your employer)

Due to the incredible amount of changes in the healthcare and insurance industry on a continuous basis our office will provide the courtesy of verifying your insurance for you on your initial visit. Please bring your insurance card with you along with your driver's license to protect your identity.

However, if you wish to know ahead of time you may download the insurance verification form from our website. It provides all the appropriate questions to for you to ask the insurance company to determine your financial responsibility.

Non-Insured

We pride ourselves on making care affordable for every budget. We have several payment options you may choose from including:

In Office:

• In Office Budget - Weekly payment plan extended throughout the course of your treatment plan.
• Pay as You Go – Just as it sounds...payment expected at time of visit. (Our rates are kept affordable).
• Traditional Cash/Credit - We accept Cash, Personal Check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

ChiroHealth USA:

• Join ChiroHealth USA and you are eligible to enjoy discounted fees.
